We do not have any fixed textbook or workbook etc.
Please prepare teaching materials that you think useful for your students.
You can use a photocopier in the classroom. If there is something you want
to buy for your lesson, please let us know. I will consider your request
carefully and deside whether to buy. |
| * |
Please spend at least a couple of minutes in each lesson for questions from your students. We explain all the students that they can ask teachers any question, such as what they have learned in the lessons but did not understand or what they encounter in their private study. |
| * |
When students ask you about your country, please answer to the question as much as possible. We believe that to be curious about foreign countries is the best way to motive students to study English. And of course, you can ask your students about Japan as well. |
| * |
Please do not allow your students to speak Japanese without your permission. Japanese students tend to use Japanese when they cannot express what they want to say in English. When that happens, encourage them to use gesture or picture etc. When you think they have tried their best, please allow them to use dictionary or Japanese. |

There are tea bags, instant coffee and hot water in a pot. There is also
some cold drinks in a refrigerator.
You and your students can drink them freely. Please use them to make yourself and your students at home. |
